16. POLICY EXCEPTIONS 

 

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by MCIC.

 

Exception requests should comprise a clear rationale and support from the Banks solicitors. Additionally, these requests should be vetted by Risk and Legal Counsel, before being considered for MCIC submission.
